How is Jeli different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is built to answer. Jeli is built to teach: it asks questions, gives hints and checks your understanding, so you do the thinking. Courses, career coaching and grad school support live in one place, with examples from African life.
Who is Jeli for?
Learners of every age: pupils in basic school, secondary students preparing for exams like the BECE or WASSCE, university students and adults building new skills. Jeli follows the curriculum you're on. We're also building Jeli for Teams, for companies teaching their staff new software.
Can I use Jeli now?
Yes. Create an account and start learning. Jeli is still early, so expect it to change, and tell us what works and what doesn't.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Jeli runs in the browser on phones and computers, with nothing to install. We're working on letting parts of it run on the device itself, so it uses less data and keeps working on a weak connection.
